Excellent Utah Criminal Defense Lawyer

Richard Jorgensen received his BS degree from Weber State University in Forensic Science and Criminal Justice. He then joined fellow classmate Jason Schatz at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. Rich received his law degree and was admitted to the Utah Bar in 2003.

Rich started his career as a prosecutor for almost 9 years and then worked in the Utah JAG office before joining our firm to re-focus on private criminal defense, where he feels his skill set can make a positive difference in people’s lives. His unique perspective has helped our whole team further our commitment to providing our clients the best criminal defense in Utah. Over the years Rich has gained a lot of experience in DUI law in particular. As part of his DUI training, he has received instruction in the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s (NHTSA) Standard Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs).
